Book of McKee pg 396 states that "The first colony of the Scoto-Melesians which was established in Albania (Scotland) was commanded, in the beginning of the third century, by Cairbre, otherwise Eocha-Riada, son of Conare II, monarch of Ireland. The emigration of this colony could not have taken place before the year 211. pg 407 "Kings of Scotland" from O'Flaherty's Ogygia which was written in 1684
